Concept and discussion - the first step to creating your own supplement
Contract manufacturing of dietary supplements can start in two ways - by choosing a ready-made white label solution or creating an individual product in a private label model. At this stage, we jointly analyze the supplement idea, its purpose, target group, and expectations regarding composition, form, and production scale. We help transition from the initial concept to a concrete implementation plan for your own dietary supplement.

Development of supplement formulation and production technology
The next stage is the development of the dietary supplement formulation and the preparation of its manufacturing technology. Our R&D department creates a solution tailored to the chosen product form - e.g. functional shot, syrup, drops, or powder. We analyze technological capabilities, the availability of active ingredients, and regulatory requirements to create a stable and safe product ready for market introduction.

Supplement production cost estimation and cooperation model preparation
After developing the initial formulation and technology, we prepare a cost estimate for the production of the dietary supplement. We present various cost variants, taking into account the type of raw materials used, packaging, and the scope of our service. We can work both with ingredients provided by the client and comprehensively handle the purchase of raw materials, production organization, and preparation of the finished product under your own brand.

Supplement prototype - product testing before production
Before commencing actual production, we prepare a supplement prototype, which allows us to evaluate its taste, smell, appearance, and technological properties. We have extensive resources of active raw materials and sensory additives that allow us to quickly prepare the first product samples. Prototype acceptance is an important stage in creating your own dietary supplement and starting serial production.

Product testing and supplement quality control
Each project undergoes detailed quality control and tests appropriate for the given formulation. Our specialists analyze product stability, perform technological trials, and - in the case of innovative formulations - conduct aging tests to determine the durability and shelf life of the supplement. Thanks to implemented quality standards, the supplement manufacturer can guarantee the safety and repeatability of every product batch.

Supplement documentation and product preparation for sale
After prototype approval, we prepare complete product documentation that confirms the established quality and safety parameters. The product specification forms the basis for further contract manufacturing of the supplement and ensures compliance of all subsequent batches with the accepted formulation.

Actual supplement production
After acceptance of the formulation, prototype, and documentation, we begin actual contract manufacturing. Thanks to our own production facilities and experience in manufacturing liquid supplements, we can ensure repeatable quality and timely order fulfillment.

Finished supplement under your brand
The final stage is co-packing, packaging, and preparing the product for sale. We carry out labeling in accordance with applicable requirements and prepare finished products in individual and collective packaging. After production is completed and the goods are collected, your own dietary supplement is ready for distribution and sale.

We also advise on product functionality, form of administration, and selection of raw materials that meet market expectations.
The rules governing confidentiality and the use of the documentation provided are set out in the agreement. Before detailed work begins, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be signed to protect the formulation, commercial information and all other project-related data.
