Every day, I ensure the quality of dietary supplements, processes, ISO standards, documentation, and that everyone has their cap where it belongs. Jewelry in production? It disappears faster than non-compliance before an audit. So, in practice, I'm a combination of Sherlock Holmes and the Sanitary Inspectorate. I handle official inspections and customer audits with stoic calm and the smile of someone who's seen it all, and I answer questions that even philosophers never dreamed of: "Can I take 5 drops if I'm tall, or do I need 5.5?" or "Was the Ashwagandha happy before it went into the bottle?" Yes, it was. I have the documentation to prove it. After hours, I escape to the mountains and the world of perfumes, because that's the only place where no one asks me for the batch number :)
