White label & private label services

A comprehensive filling and packaging service for liquid products—from precise dosing and filling through container sealing to preparation for further distribution. The entire process is carried out in facilities that meet the requirements for contract manufacturing of food supplements.

We fill both PET and glass bottles in sizes ranging from 10 ml to 1000 ml. We offer pasteurisation technologies, various types of labels, and can include dosing accessories or measuring spoons with the bottles. We also keep a wide selection of applicators in stock, including droppers, spray pumps and dispensing pumps. Shrink-sleeve packaging is also available.

A comprehensive packaging service for powdered products, including precise dosing and filling, followed by sealing and preparation for distribution. The entire process is carried out in accordance with contract manufacturing standards for food supplements.

Our facility is equipped with powder blenders and two filling lines for powders and granules. We package products in glass and PET jars, as well as doypacks. We can mark products with batch numbers and best-before dates and have equipment for heat-sealing, wrapping and film packaging. We can fill sachets from 1 g and package products in doypacks and jars ranging from 30 g to 3000 g.

Contract manufacturing of dietary supplements is a cooperation model that allows a company to introduce a product under its own brand without the need for its own production line. It involves outsourcing the entire product manufacturing process – the company entrusts its production to an experienced contract manufacturer who possesses appropriate technologies and production facilities.

After the client accepts the product prototype, the contract manufacturer provides the Dietary Supplement Product Specification document. The specification contains a set of information about the product that the client intends to order for large-scale production. The contract manufacturer is obligated to produce the product in accordance with the information contained in the specification.
